愉快的周末

本周六，我跟住家一起去看了非常著名的《小飞象》。我们安静地进入了电影院，细心地感受电影的每个片段，大家看得非常入神。《小飞象》改编自经典动画。它讲述了生来因一双大耳而遭人嘲笑的小飞象，在众人的帮助下逐渐接受自己的与众不同，最终成就一段逆风翱翔的暖心传奇。电影的制作特效活灵活现，呆萌的小飞象古灵精怪，让人心生喜爱。妈妈跟我说最近这部电影在国内也上映了呢！

周天，Alyssa, Lou Lou,我，还有住家爸妈一起去徒步。我们开车到了一片森林。森林里的树木郁郁苍苍。刚一走进，仿佛到了另外一个世界，真是座天然大氧吧。我们边走边聊，沿途有很多的运动器械。让我印象最深的是举木棍：支架上有许多粗细不同的木棍，谁能举起最重的木棍，就获胜啦。Lou Lou走到最细的木棍中间，两手扣紧，没想到木棍断了，她摔了一跤。在通往山顶的路上，有一个分叉路口，我们做了错误的选择，后来只好返回，走了另外一条路。不知不觉，时间飞逝。从山顶往下看，碧蓝的海水，万里无云的清澈天空，这优美的景色仿佛是一幅油画。为了这么美丽的风景，大家长途跋涉，也算不枉此行。

快乐的时光总是短暂的，听说下周就是复活节啦，期待下周的精彩假日！

My weekend

On Friday afternoon, I attended my host brother Shian’s party. Shian is a Grade 6 student of the French-immersion class. His friends Andrew and Selas stayed overnight. We played video games at first. Then the weather outside became very good so Andrew suggested going out to play. We all thought that it was a good idea. So we went out to play with the gun. We had pasta for supper and had a lot of fun.

It was rainy on Saturday. On that day, I learned how to raise cows. For example, my host family showed me how to feed cows and how to clean the cow’s room. In addition, I saw ducks and learned about some basic knowledge of ducks. I also watched the ducks eating dry hay stock.

It was really busy on Sunday . We fed cows and cats. At about two in the afternoon, we made bread and cookies together.

I love my weekend.
